With a beautiful weekend ahead, I wanted to share some cool images with you. Photographer Corinne Vionnet made hundreds of photos of the same location, and then put them together: resulting in these magical works. Thanks for sharing Froot.nl!

Every now and then, I go through one of my favourite books, which was a gift by Parisian friends at my graduation party. Parisiennes is a book full of amazing photography, as a hommage à Paris women. The book is published by Flammarion, and as they say ‘la mythique Parisienne existe bel et bien!’ I still feel homesick for Paris once in a while, so today it is the perfect book to flick through. I just decided it is hightime to book a spring trip to my biggest crush.

I visited Art Rotterdam this weekend and got inspired by the works presented there by top galleries like Stella Lohaus from Belgium and Krinzinger from Austria. The fair (12d edition this year) is situated in the beautiful Cruise Terminal (the former departure hall for the Holland America Line) which results in a nice industrial atmosphere. My favourite works at this edition of Art Rotterdam all had something to do with architecture, urban development and photography. I just wanted to share a few favourites with you (some of these works were shown at the 2011 edition of Art Rotterdam, I found some others by checking out the websites of the artists and galleries). Already looking forward to Art Rotterdam 2012!
